The Viking V6 is an easy to use TR Non-Motion detector with adjustable discrimination allowing the user to reject ferrous (iron) targets such as small iron nails. The Viking V6 also features push button retuning and is suitable for adults or children alike. Its 8" search coil offering good performance. This detector is versatile enough for most conditions, both inland and on the beach. All Adjustments to the Viking V6 are simply made via its two controls: Tune and Discrimination. The Viking V6 sports the 'arm saver' stem and is fitted with a waterproof 8" search coil, 1/4" headphone socket and onboard speaker.

This economically priced non-motion detector provides the advantage over the Viking 5 of a Memory retune button. Quite simply, should the detector come out of tune for any reason, pressing this button will return it to the desired level. It also offers simple discrimination allowing unwanted, worthless metal objects to be ignored.
