Ordering Products
There are two types of ordering buttons on our site.
Firstly the single order button.
This is used for products that have no options.
The second type involves a drop down list. This is used when there are choices to be made i.e different counties to choose from. Select the option you require from the drop down list and click on the purchase button. Once you have clicked the Purchase button, you will be taken to your Shopping Basket. If you are happy with your order and do not wish to purchase more items click on the checkout button:
To Change the quantity of your order, change the number you require in the quantity column and press the recalculate button:
To delete an item click on the delete button:
To continue shopping and keep your items in the basket click on the Continue shopping button:
To view the contents of your Shopping basket at any time please click the Basket button on the top right hand side.
When proceeding to checkout you will be taken to a secure page where you will enter your card and delivery details.
Please note, we can only send online orders to registered card holders address for security reasons.
After entering card and address details, click on the Proceed with checkout button at the bottom of the page, if you have missed any details off your order you will be prompted to fill in the missing details.
The next step in placing an order is a confirmation page. Please check that your order and delivery details are correct, if we have any problems with an order we will telephone or email immediately. This is the only reason we need your contact details. We do not pass any of your details on to third parties and we do not put details onto mailing lists. When you are happy that the order is correct, click on submit secure order. If you need to make a change at this point, simply click on your browsers back button to return to the previous page.

You are offered 1 method of payment online:
Credit Card - via Secure Server Detector Price (Within UK)
Includes VAT @ 17.5%, Free Next working day delivery on detectors over £100.00 (Mainland UK only). For detectors less than £100.00 the delivery charge is £7.00 (not applicable on internet orders)
CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO THE REGISTERED CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS.

PayPal payments
It is not currently possible to pay direct with PayPal via our web site. You can make a payment to us by logging in to your PayPal account and using our email address as a payee sales@regton.com
If you make a payment using PayPal please let us know what it is you require in the comments section. Don't forget to add postage.
We are looking into using PayPal on our web site in the future.
Next Day Delivery
UK MAINLAND ONLY
This service is available for Mon to Fri delivery on most orders (orders received before 15:00 on-line, please add £20.00 for Saturday morning delivery)
If payment is made by cheque this is subject to 4 working days clearance.
Highlands and Islands
There may be a £17.00 surcharge for deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland and any delivery over water, outside of Mainland UK, this may also be a 2 day delivery. (Not Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight). Please contact us with your post code for a quote before placing an order.
Export Orders
Please contact us for a shipping cost.
Less VAT to EC VAT registered people & outside EC. Airmail with insurance, (from 7-10 days) please phone or email for delivery charges in EC Countries. If payment is made direct to bank outside UK please add £7.00 UK Bank Handling Charge.
